The purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended as well as the legal basis for the processing we process your data to provide portal services, portal support and other services and functions offered by our company through the portal. To provide the services of www.modelfactory.in we must process information about you. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our services. Registration has two steps. In the first step, you give us basic registration information and then (to make better use of the services) the data will be added. The purpose of registration on the portal www.modelfactory.in is to receive job offers in the area of modeling, hosting, invitations to job interviews, auditions, etc.

 

Information and content you provide. We collect the content, communications and other information you provide when you use our portal services, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. This can include information in or about the content you provide. 

 

Networks and connections. We collect information about the people, pages, accounts, and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them our services on portal, such as people you communicate with the most or the groups you are part of.

 Registration is approved by the administrator. Breaches of the portal rules we sanction by suspending the profile until the user remedies the state or by deleting the user´s profile.

This includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information, other account and identity information, billing, delivery, and contact information. We also keep this information on the accounting documents.

This may include information about you, e.g. when others share or comment on a photo of you, send a message to you, or upload, sync, or import information about you.

At least for the duration of your portal registration (for the duration of the portal-based account) and three years after your last visit to your account. 

 

 

 9. Rights of the data subject 

 

If you feel concerned about your rights, you can file a petition with the Office for Personal Data Protection under Section 100 et seq. of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and amending and supplementing certain Acts. 

 

 

 a) Right of access to personal data 

 

You have the right to provide a copy of the personal data we have about you, as well as information about how we use your data. In most cases, your data will be provided to you in writing unless otherwise requested. If you have requested this data by electronic means, it will be provided to you electronically, if it´s technically possible. 

 

 

 b) Right to rectify personal data 

 

We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the data we have about you. If you believe that the data we hold is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, please feel free to ask us to modify, update or complete this data. 

 

 

 c) Right to restriction of processing of personal data 

 

In certain circumstances, you may ask us to stop using your data. For example, if you think that the personal data we have about you may be inaccurate, or if you think we no longer need to use your data. 

 

 

 d) Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) 

 

You have the right to ask us to erasure your data, for example, if the personal data we have collected about you is no longer necessary to fulfill the original purpose of the processing. However, your right must be assessed in light of all relevant circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal and regulatory obligations, which means that we will not be able to comply with your request. We reserve the right to erasure inappropriate content from the portal (eg pornography, status or documents promoting racial intolerance, racism, extremist ideas, etc.). 

 

 

 e) Right to data portability 

 

In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to transfer the personal data you have provided to another third party of your choice. However, the right to data portability applies only to personal data that we have obtained from you by consent or under a contract to which you are a party. 

 

 

 f) Right to object 

 

You have the right to object to data processing that is based on our legitimate interests. If we do not have a valid legitimate reason for processing and you object, we will not further process your data.

g) Right to bring an action to protect personal data 

 

If you are not satisfied with how we have responded to the exercise of your rights or if you believe that your data is being processed in violation of the regulations, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. 

 

 

 10. The right to withdraw consent 

 

 In cases where we process your data with your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdraw of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data that we have processed on the basis of the given consent.

 c) By clicking on the deactivation link, for those services where we allow it (eg withdrawal of marketing consent). 

 

 

 11. The existence of automated decision-making 

 

 Personal data will not be used for automated individual decision making, including profiling.

 We protect your data to the maximum possible extent using modern technology. By GDPR, we have taken many technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We regularly review and update these measures.
